The Birnam Wood–Fairfax Homeowners Association is excited to host our
2025 National Night Out on Tuesday, October 7, 2025!
We’re inviting residents who reside in the BWF HOA and own a small business, offer a service, or create something special—like crafts, jewelry, baked goods, or other treats—to set up a small table at the event. It’s a great way to promote your business, meet neighbors, and help build a stronger, more connected community.

PS: We are also looking to book event activities such as face painting, DJ, balloon artist, etc. if you know of anyone please email us with information.

Election Results
BWF Board Election Results:
We are pleased to announce the results of the recent board election held on Saturday, May 3rd, 2025. After a thorough counting process and verification, the results are as follows: Ada Campos and Cass Edwards were re-elected and will serve another term on the Board of Directors.
We want to thank each of you for your continuous support and looking forward to building better relationships for the good of our community.

Holiday Schedule:
If your regular trash or recycle collection day falls on a holiday (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day) the collection will be made on the next regularly scheduled collection day.
