FACILTIES

CLUB HOUSE

Club House has a complete kitchen area, sitting area, great room, two restrooms – one restroom for handicap with a changing table, outside seating provided with two stand alone charcoal grills, and a play ground.

NO pets unless the dog is a service dog.

POOL HOUSE

Pool House has provided lockers, one propane grill, two pools – one fenced in kiddie pool and one big pool with a waterslide attached to the deep end and a jump board, a handicapped chair used ONLY for the handicapped, and two restrooms.

TENNIS COURT

Tennis Court is across the Club House inside the larger playground, however the door is on the outside with a punch in code and key that residents are provided by the HOA.

PLAY GROUNDS

Playgrounds are across the pool house and at the clubhouse.
